Seeking your expertise: Establishing diabetes wellbeing hubs in the north west

Join community leaders within the Derry and Strabane District Council area to attend a meeting in the Waterfoot Hotel on 19th of March from 10-12.00pm.  

In the Western Trust area there a 17,500 people living with diabetes. A further 10,500 are living with prediabetes. This matter is of great concern to all of us and we would very much appreciate your involvement in the planning and design of a local community-based Wellbeing Hub which will provide urgent and much needed support to our local population in the West.
