Quarterly board meetings, AGM
Developing Healthy Communities is recruiting a Trustee to sit on its board, preferably with expertise or experience in the following areas:
- Statutory/Community Health
- Environment/Climate/Sustainability
- Funding and Income Generation/Business Development
- Legal
- IT
- Comms and Marketing
- Business Development
Trustees carry out their governance role throughout the year by meeting on a quarterly basis to review the performance of DHC and to make decisions regarding the charity's financial and operational matters. Trustees also meet on an ad-hoc basis between quarterly meetings to perform their role on essential governance matters.
