Referral Procedures Workshop - Cookstown

Who / Why?

As part of the ‘PHA Quality Standards for Services Promoting Mental and Emotional Wellbeing and Suicide Prevention’, the Clear Project, in conjunction with the Public Health Agency (PHA) invite you to attend a workshop on ‘Referral Procedures Training’.

What is it?

Morning referral procedures training workshop which will provide a framework for staff and volunteers within community and voluntary sectors to ensure early and appropriate referrals / sign-posting of service users occurs, efficient communication, co-ordination and collaboration and ensure understanding and expectation of the service provided.

The workshop will examine what is a referral, why refer, how to refer and how to receive a referral. A sample referral policy and referral form will be provided.

• Those with responsibility / authority to implement changes required.
