Watch every presentation from the Healthy Cities Conference

What makes Derry and Strabane a Healthy City and District? That’s the question we want to answer at a unique online Conference on Wednesday 19 May.

  • Over a year on, we ask how our recovery from COVID-19 will improve our health, well-being and prosperity.
  • As we prepare for Derry and Strabane’s Phase VII designation to the WHO European Healthy Cities Network we explore how the ‘6P’s Framework’ can be applied in our area.
  • We want to hear the views and priorities of local civic, business and third-sector leaders on; People, Place, Planet, Prosperity, Peace and Participation.

Join Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council Brian Tierney, the Developing Healthy Communities team and a host of expert speakers (to be announced) and add your voice to the conversation about how the district can build healthy social, economic and environmental practices into its Covid recovery.
